My godfather took this picture some years (1998) before he died of cancer. He loved photography so much even when he was in hospital he used to carry his camera.
I’ve got tones of pictures but this one its kinda special, the woman reading in Rio de Janeiro. She’s a stranger. He stood there for a couple of minutes waiting to get the perfect angle and took the picture, when he developed it he gave me his camera (even though i was a toddler). He was the kind of person that could see your soul before your face.

Presenting, Lorde’s first feature. It’s for Son Lux’s elaborately sophisticated and intricately constructed ‘Easy’, taken from last year’s Lanterns. Adding her husk musings to the already haunting track, the teen sensation brings a certain air of mystery to the record. Take that, and the utterly chilling instrumentation, and you have a perfect pop track.Take a peek up top!
